At Milliefox Cakes, we believe that great cake starts with great ingredients, and a whole lot of care.

Every bake is made by hand in York using the finest butter, Belgian chocolate, free-range eggs and carefully sourced flavours. We don’t do shortcuts, preservatives or mass production, just honest, high-quality baking done properly.

Founded by Jo Millner, a classically trained baker with years of experience and a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, memorable cakes, Milliefox has grown from a home kitchen to a trusted name for celebration cakes, postal treats and elegant afternoon teas.

Our recipes are either lovingly developed by Jo herself or passed down through generations, each one perfected for flavour, texture and that unmistakable homemade touch.

Whether it’s a custom wedding cake, a box of brownies or an afternoon tea for someone special, everything we make is designed to taste as good as it looks, indulgent, thoughtful and unforgettable.
